1 1/2 parts Basil Hayden’s® Rye Whiskey
3/4 parts Grapefruit Juice
1/4 parts Lime Juice
1/2 parts Honey Syrup (1/2 honey, 1/2 water)
1/2 parts Dry Red Wine
2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
1. Combine all ingredients except red wine in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
2. Strain into a coupe glass.
3. Top slowly with red wine to create red wine layer at top of glass.
