Plum Sake Spice

1 1/2 parts Basil Hayden’s® Rye Whiskey
3/4 parts Plum Sake
1/4 parts Apricot Liqueur
3 dashes Peychaud’s® Bitters
1 Thyme Sprig (for garnish)
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until cold.
2. Pour into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
3. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
