2 parts Basil Hayden’s® Rye Whiskey
1/2 parts Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura® Bitters
2 cubes Pineapple
3 Lemon Wedges
2 Mint Sprigs (one for garnish)
1. Add pineapple, lemon wedges and one sprig of mint in a cocktail shaker and muddle.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and ice to the cocktail shaker.
3. Shake and double strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube and garnish with a sprig of mint.
